He was found near a dumpster in Perris, but his past hardships haven’t dampened his sweet and affectionate nature. Steve loves attention and enjoys being around people. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications.
