Schnauzer mix “Stetson” came to us from a local shelter as an unclaimed stray. Like so many dogs we accept from county facilities he was dirty, matted and terribly skinny. Stetson also had wounds and scars all over his back that appeared to be the result of an attack by another animal. His foster mom tended to his injuries and he has fully healed now. <br/><br/>Stetson weighs 13 pounds and he is approximately four years old. This jolly little fellow is a charmer. His friendly, curious nature makes him so easy to love. Stetson’s sparkling brown eyes and soft, wispy fur are just two of his many handsome features. He is smart and treat-motivated which means he will acclimate quickly to his new home. Stetson gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home but he would also do fine as an only fur-child. His Christmas Wish is a loving human who will make sure that he is cared for and treasured for the rest of his life. <br/><br/>Stetson is fully vetted -- neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations and deworming.
