Stella

Stella came to the Yreka City shelter as a stray on June 7, 2024. She is a lovely dog who is non destructive in her kennel, but does like her raw beef neck bones and Yak bones to chew. She loves to target the hose and play herding ball. Will be your next hiking partner. Can go a long time. <br/><br/>Vet estimate age 3 1/2 in June 2024. HW negative and on preventative. Comes with collar/leash, food, free lesson and life long on-line support.<br/><br/>Learning both cats and dogs. Does very well with the cats here. Dog selective. Would be more interested as an only dog. Has gone on leash walks with a couple of our older dogs here but can be resource guarded of the handler and bones. Playing with some dogs, but supervision required. <br/><br/>Loves car rides and does not need to be crated during travel. Excellent at the vet. Child age 7 tested at Yreka Shelter prior to coming to us.
