*We do adopt out of state but you need to drive to Temperance, MI to adopt *<br/><br/>Stella is a beautiful 9 month old, always happy, female Bernese/Newfoundland mix looking for her forever home. Her coat is predominately black with a few spots of white throughout. She loves to be around family and is excited to give as much attention to you as she can! She is a very curious and active puppy who will match your level of activity.<br/><br/>She has a large amount of puppy energy to burn off by playing with toys, chewing on bones, or playing fetch. Oh boy does she love toys, so make sure your shoes are put away! Her toys work well spread among the home so she can move them around or stay occupied for a bit. Sometimes she will play fetch with herself!<br/><br/>She does exceptionally well with crate training and following a routine, while also following many commands such as sit, lay down, wait, ready, and up for getting into vehicles. She is house trained and will let you know when she needs to go outside or has additional needs like water. She has no issues sleeping in her crate throughout the night, or to use it to take a mid-day nap.<br/><br/>She is very intelligent and attentive, so she will tend to follow the family around the house to see what they’re up to. If her ideal home has children, it may be best if they are not too young given Stella’s size and ability to not think like a big dog! She can get exceptionally excited and may bowl over things or jump in the process. Sometimes she will piddle when she meets new people, so it’s best to slowly introduce her to new situations or persons instead of cleaning up the carpet!
