My mommy's health has not been doing so well so we weren't able to stay in our house anymore, and because of this she let me know I was going to have to be a brave girl and set out on the adventure of finding a new forever home with new family members. While I love and miss my mom very much, but I know that she is excited for me to extend my family, and wants me to find a forever family that is able to give me all the love she always did. I'm a little nervous, but I know mom wants what's best for me so I'm going to be really brave, and I definitely can't wait to find a home who can give me all the belly scratches and love I have become so used to. If that's you please let my caretakers know so that we can meet each other!"<br/><br/>As Stella stated, due to unforeseen circumstances, she's now looking to extend her love, and belly scratches to new forever family members. Her original mom was retired, and didn't spend time away from her very often so Stella is very used to receiving a lot of affection. It's hard for Stella to understand not receiving the amount of attention she was used to, so she is working on manners when asking for her lovins as she sometimes gets a little over-exuberant in expressing her interest in being doted on. Because of her exuberance we think Stella may be a bit too much for young children, but she may do a little better with teens. At this time we aren't quite sure how she'll do with other pets. While she sees other dogs daily we are unable to test interactions due to our setup. She's seen our clinic cats, but again hasn't really interacted with them directly. With both dogs and cats she seems to ignore them more than anything. Stella is always ready for pets, and enjoys sniffing around the fenced-in yard here. She's not really aware of how toys work, but loves to snuggle up with them anyway. She's also very intelligent, and picks up on routines quite quickly. Stella would make a wonderful forever addition to a family out there, and we hope that we're able to get her back to the lap of luxury ASAP.<br/><br/>"Thank you so much for reading about me!
