She came to us after she was pulled from her mill mama duties. She is a very happy girl who loves nothing more than to be right by your side! She has found that she loves sleeping in bed with her human and really loves to curl up in blankets at your feet.<br/><br/>Stella is not leash trained, but has shown that she will potty outside in good weather. She is otherwise able to go on pee pads. She came with cauliflower ear in one of her ears due to chronic untreated ear infections at the mill she was kept at.<br/><br/>Stella is dog friendly and would do best with other dogs around her size and weight. She has not been child-tested but has an incredibly calm demeanor which indicates that respectful older children would not be an issue for her. The ideal home for Stella would be one where people are home with her most of the day and with a fenced in yard for playing and potty breaks. <br/><br/>Stella has really taken to getting fussed over, loves pets and really enjoys her ears being rubbed. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.<br/><br/>All our dogs have been treated with de-wormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 months or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption. <br/><br/>We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess.
