Stella is Barney’s sister, and while we’re not entirely sure what breeds make up this cutie, we know she’s 100% lovable!<br/><br/>Stella is really starting to come out of her shell in her foster home, and she’s showing everyone just how special she is!<br/><br/>Outside, Stella is a playful, energetic little girl who loves running around and chasing her ball. She’s incredibly smart and has already learned to sit and bring the ball back!<br/><br/>Inside, she’s a total sweetheart who wants nothing more than to be close to her humans. She absolutely loves affection, cuddles, and being held. She’s convinced she’s a lap dog, and we’re not about to tell her otherwise!
