Meet Stedman! <br/><br/>This handsome beefcake was found as a stray in Houston, TX, and brought to a crowded shelter — where he sadly ended up on the euthanasia list. Big, black, scarred-up, and heartworm positive, he was overlooked by everyone… except us. We saw something special in Stedman, and we’re so glad we did.<br/><br/>When he first arrived, he was underweight and rough around the edges (see his intake photo!). Now, this lovable goofball has filled out, learned what love feels like, and is living his best life — maybe a few snacks too many, if you ask him!<br/><br/>Stedman is about 5–6 years old and weighs around 80 lbs. He’s a big, happy guy with a signature pittie grin and a goofy, lovable personality that wins hearts everywhere he goes. He’s been treated for heartworms and is now heartworm-free!<br/><br/>Stedman dreams of a home where he can lounge in his dog bed, go for walks, and shred all the toys his heart desires.
