If you are looking for a dog who makes you laugh and smile everyday, States is your man! States was found as a stray so there isn't much known about his past, but he definitely is a character. He is estimated to be about 8 years old but still loves to play and get the zoomies. He is crate trained and very quiet at night. He is food motivated and learns quickly. States is cat friendly and would probably do well with most dogs. He wants everyone to know what is his, so he does mark occasionally although he has been much better with consistent training.
