He was surrendered to the shelter by his family with his Mickey Mouse toys and was scheduled to be euthanized just days later. But now? He’s safe, thriving, and ready for his forever home! Meet our newest foster, Stark! He is about 10 months old and weighs 50 pounds. He is one big, happy, goofy, clumsy boy who just wants to be close to his people. Stark is good with other dogs and cat friendly. He is so smart and learning quickly. We’re working on basic commands and he’s catching on fast! He loves his toys and thanks to Sadie's Safe Harbor Canine Rescue, he received the cutest welcome bag of new Mickey Mouse toys that he happily cuddled with on the ride home. Stark is full of joy and life. He deserves a family who will love him forever and never let him feel abandoned again. He has so much love to give. Sadie's also requires a home visit before we adopt any of our dogs out; therefore we only adopt to our local WNY region. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting as placing each foster dog in the best home takes time and effort by our volunteers.
