Star's Story

Star truly is a super Star! If you are looking for a fun companion to take on hikes and adventures, Star is your girl. Star is crate trained and has had obedience training. Star even took a road trip to Texas last fall.

Star was rescued from Palmdale shelter by Two Dog Farms Rescue back in May 2023. Although Star has been looking for her furever home this whole time, true to form Star took advantage of her time in rescue. She hasn’t sat idle. Star has had extensive obedience training, Snake aversion training and basic life skills experience. She also just recently passed her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test

Although the shelter labeled Star a Jindo mix, we know that is not accurate. Her Embark DNA test showed:
Siberian Husky/American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bully/Supermutt/American Staffordshire Terrier/Australian Cattle Dog. Star is very outgoing and loves to play even in the water. But she has learned manners over this last year. She is about 18 months old. Weighs around 40 pounds and is fully vetted including being spayed and microchipped.

Star can play ruff so a home with no small children or older animals is recommended. She might do well with a dog friend but she will need to be closely supervised in the beginning.

Please visit our website to complete an adoption application form. Her foster home is in Palmdale, CA, and adoption fees are $350.

www.twodogfarms.com/adopt

info@twodogfarms.com
