STAR's Story

STAR is a 4 year old hound who weighs almost 40 pounds. She loves to run and play! She gets along great with other dogs and humans. She had not been taught many manners and commands, but she is learning quickly. She is a great leash walker who would love to go anywhere with you. She has been spayed and is up to date on vaccines. Animal Lovers of Edisto Canine Rescue's Adoption Policy

Anyone wishing to adopt one of our dogs or puppies should contact our Adoption Team at edistoaloe@gmail.com to request an adoption application and to meet a dog. They will set up a date and time for you to meet the dog or puppy and email you an adoption application. Meetings are generally scheduled from 10am to dark, seven days a week as volunteers are available to meet with you. Sometimes a dog can be brought to your home. Because we are located on private property all visits to meet our rescues are on a scheduled basis.
