He came in a bit more timid and shy, but as soon as he felt comfortable, his true inner colors shined thru and he is waiting to share it with the right person(s) and home. <br/><br/>Stanley has all the young spunky dog qualities in him. He is fast, he is a bit vocal, he is a tad jumpy, he is a lot of playful, and he can be mouthy when he is super excited and wants you to engage with him. He loves fetch, he loves tug, he will amuse himself but using these qualities can also help him with training, and mold him to grow up into a stellar adolescent dog. Stanley does know a wonderful sit, and you have to get him to stop in his tracks to make him do one, but it is so worth it. Especially if he gets a throw of a ball, or a treat he loves as a reward. <br/>He also is feisty on walks, so leash manners are in the works for this guy so he can happily trot next to his person on walks in the neighborhood. It appears he had little to no experience in many ways which is so important to a puppy /young dog. <br/><br/>This guy would love an active person, a person who can lead him, and someone to also have fun with. If you can give this young lad a foundation to grow with, come on down and meet him. He is ready to tackle the world with all his enthusiasm.
