Squigglie

Squigglie is a 4-year-old Shih Tzu with the softest heart. She came to us as a retired breeding dog and is now learning what life looks like beyond that role. Squigglie is incredibly sweet, gentle, and kind, and while she can be a little shy when first placed in new situations, her calm and loving nature shines through once she feels safe.<br/><br/>Right now, Squigglie is most comfortable in her kennel, which has been her security for much of her life, but we are slowly helping her build confidence outside of it. She is working on leash walking and potty training, and with patience and encouragement, she continues to make progress.<br/><br/>Squigglie weighs 11 pounds and is current on vaccines. She came to us with an old eye injury, and when she is spayed, she will also have that eye removed along with receiving a dental cleaning, setting her up for a healthier and more comfortable future.<br/><br/>Squigglie is looking for a calm, loving home that will move at her pace and show her just how wonderful life as a cherished companion can be. She has so much love to give and will make a truly special addition to the right family<br/><br/>We don't know her adoption fee at the moment as it will depend on the cost of her surgery.
