Spur's Story

Meet Spur!

This happy, active guy is ready to find a home of his own! Spur came to us after being abandoned at a boarding facility. He was unfortunately heartworm positive and needed treatment, but now that he is recovered its time to get him into a home. Spur is a social guy who does well with both cats and dogs, and has been lovely with people. Spur is a moderately active dog who enjoys going on adventures, playing outside, and learning new things. He makes a great companion for hanging out on the couch after playtime, and has been great to have around. Spur is doing great with potty training and is crate trained. He is a taller guy, and weighs around 65lbs.

Spur is fully vetted and neutered. His adoption fee is $400.

To add Spur to your life, Apply today at farfetcheddogrescue.org!

Far Fetched Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
All adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. All medical concerns are addressed prior to adoption including emergency care needed, chronic health conditions, dental care, and various other concerns. Adoption Fees All Adoption fees vary based on the individual animal. Adoption Process The adoption process begins with an application. After the application has been reviewed and references checked, A Home check video will be requested. This video will need to include interior and exterior views of the home and yard if applicable. Once the home check has been submitted and approved, we are able to schedule a meet and greet with the adoptable animal. If both parties agree to proceed with adoption, your new family member will go home with you! Please note, we may request a few days after the meet and greet to make a decision for the animals placement, however, most adoptions will take place the day of the meet and greet.
