Spot (51 lbs)'s Story

SPOT (51 lbs)

Dalmatian X

3 yr old Male

Good with dogs and kids. Not tested with cats

SPOT is a striking Dalmatian mix with soulful eyes that tell a story he can't put into words. When he first arrived, he was so frightened that he stayed curled up in his crate for over a week, too scared to come out. He also had wounds on his legs, suggesting he had not been treated kindly.

With patience and love from his foster family, Spot is slowly learning to trust. Every hesitant tail wag and curious glance is a small but courageous step forward. He now sleeps with his foster family, happily comes over for tummy rubs, and is beginning to believe that people can be kind.

Spot is not the dog who will rush up to greet strangers, but if you give him time, he'll reward you with unwavering loyalty and a heart full of love. He deserves a family who understands that trust is earned, not rushed, and who will let him blossom at his own pace.

Spot loves playing with other dogs, walks very well on a leash, and would do well with dog-savvy children. He is housetrained, crate trained, and has not yet been tested with cats.

His ideal home would have a fully fenced yard and another easygoing, confident, playful dog to help him continue building his confidence.

Let's show Spot that there really is a safe and loving world waiting for him.

If you are interested in adoption, instead of emailing PARS, please download the Application form at:
www.peelanimalrescuesociety.com/adopt-a-dog
Fill the form and email to:
info@peelanimalrescuesociety.com

Adoption Fee: $498

(250726)
