Spooky's Story

This little guy was recently surrendered after being found in a mobile home with 90 other dogs. They had never been outside and had been living on top of their own urine and feces. Despite this beginning, he is quite friendly, although shy at first. He likes people and other dogs. He does need work on his house training as he has always been used to going when he felt like it and never had access to the outdoors. At approximately 2 years old, he is just learning how to be a pet. He is being fostered in Knoxville, TN and his adoption fee is $250. Prior to adoption he will be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and on preventions.

Knox Vintage Pet Project's Adoption Policy
We have a written application all potential adopters must fill out. Once the application is complete, we call all vet references to make sure their current pets are well taken care of (up to date on vaccines and heartworm prevention, sterilized). If the adopter rents, we will call the landlord to make sure they are allowed to have pets and have no restrictions. We require a meet and greet with all of their current pets before adoption.
