Through it all, she never once showed aggression—just quiet resilience and a gentle heart. For the past two years, a family friend has kept her safe, but it’s less than ideal.<br/><br/>And what a beautiful soul she is. She absolutely loves being close to her people—she will gently come over and sit on your lap, she LOVES to join you in any car ride. She’s the kind of dog who just wants to be included in whatever you’re doing. Outdoors is where she lights up. She’ll happily explore the woods with you, roll around in fresh-cut grass like it’s the best thing ever, and search for tennis balls hidden in tall grass. She’s even a fan of crabbing and sniffing around for water snakes—always curious, always enjoying life’s little adventures.<br/><br/>But more than anything, she’s gentle. Truly gentle.
