Spencer *Forever Foster Eligible*

Spencer! This pup would have quite the story to tell if he could talk. Surrendered to us from a neglectful situation, we had no idea what exactly was wrong but we new he needed help.<br/><br/>At 4 years old, despite his past, Spencer is a loving and affectionate dog. He loves all people and animals. Great on a leash. Wonderful in public settings. <br/>Spencer does have to navigate through some health challenges. We continue to have issues with his kidney levels- he needs to be on a low phosphorus diet. Because of this he hasn't been able to be neutered. We have seen a couple specialists, tested for so many things, and so far, there are little answers. We don't know what Spencer's future looks like. What we do know is he deserves a chance at finding a forever loving home. <br/><br/>Spencer is eligible for our Forever Foster Program. As a forever foster, Spencer would be your pet. You cover all his day to day needs.
