Spencer and his litter mate, Betty, were turned into Douglas County because their person could not afford to feed them. Intake team member, Sandy Adcock, knew OPP could not only feed these two pups but would also find them great homes! Per their original person, these pups are part wolfhound and pointer. (Supposedly, the person knows who the mom and dad are.) Spencer looks more wolfhound. He is sweet, cuddly and loves to kiss your fingers. When picked up, he tucks his head and sits still, enjoying the affection.
