He loves to be with people all of the time - his foster people never have to look for him as he is always right with them.<br/>Sparky gets along great with other dogs and loves to play, so he'd likely be happier if he had a playmate brother or sister or other opportunities for canine interaction. His name is fitting as it describes his outgoing personality & energy level. Typical beagle!<br/>Sparky doesn't bark as much as some beagles do. He loves his walks and does well on the leash. He enjoys car rides and loves to go to different places.<br/>Sparky is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, is heartworm negative, and is on a heartworm & flea & tick preventative.<br/>His adopting owner will get Sparky's vet records.
