Sparky

Sparky is a very BIG and good boy. He’s a big fella with an even bigger heart. He’ll make a great pet for someone. He looks like he is part pit, but he also looks and acts like the other half is some sort of mastiff. We did a temperament (Safer) test with Sparky on Friday and passed without any issues. You can pull and tug on his skin, tail and toes and he loves it. He leans right in for loving. He showed no signs of resource guarding with food and rawhides. His coat wasn’t in good shape when he first came into the pound, but he just needs a good diet (he's on salmon food right now) and his coat has cleared up amazingly. If you’re looking for a good solid dog in body and temperament then this is the guy for you. He’s already neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He lived with other dogs, and is house trained. Just a few more pluses for Sparky to get adopted!
