Spanky's Story

Meet Spanky. This sweet boy was dumped with another dog down a dirt road at one in the morning. They didn't understand what was happening so they chased the car down the road. A kind woman saw them and took them in. They were both emaciated. The other dog was so skinny that he could barely stand up! Spanky is now with a foster and is thriving! He is putting on weight and learning how to be a dog! He loves playing with his foster brother and really enjoys cuddles! He is currently in Texas, but can be transported to the PNW or the Northeast. Please make his dreams come true and adopt this great guy!
