Spanky's Story

Spanky has been waiting far too long for his happy ending. He first came to us in September 2021 as a 10-month-old pup with a permanent but non-life-threatening condition. Since then, he's grown up in the shelter-yet he's never lost his joyful spirit or his love for people.<br/>Spanky loves walks, playtime, and greeting everyone with a big heart and wagging tail. While he's not suited for a home with livestock, he's wonderful with people and with patience and exposure, does well with female dogs. <br/>After spending most of his young life in the shelter, Spanky deserves to finally trade his kennel for a cozy couch and the warmth of a family. All he asks for is love-and in return, he'll give you a lifetime of loyalty, joy, and gratitude.
