Sosa's Story
Sosa is a 4-month-old female mixed breed with a slightly darker coat than her sisters — making her the “odd one out,” but every bit as adorable (if not more!). Her soulful eyes and gentle expression perfectly match her thoughtful personality.

Sosa is the most reserved of her litter. She’s curious and inquisitive, preferring to sit back and observe the action before deciding to jump in. New puppies and new people can make her a little nervous at first, but just give her a moment to regulate and she opens up beautifully. Once she feels comfortable, she happily joins the fun — and can zoom around with the best of them!

She loves chewing on bones and playing with her doggy friends. Sosa does well with other dogs, cats, and kids, making her a wonderful fit for many different types of homes.

And when she feels safe with you? That’s when the magic happens. Sosa absolutely melts in the sweetest way. She has no concept of personal space — she’ll happily crawl into your lap, snuggle close, and shower you with kisses to show her appreciation. Her affectionate, cuddly side is truly something special.

Sosa is still working on crate-training and potty-training, but she’s a smart girl who just needs a little consistency and patience. With love and reassurance, she’s going to blossom into an incredible companion.

All Sosa wants is a family to call her very own — one willing to give her the time, patience, and kindness she needs to shine. In return, she’ll give you her whole heart.

If you’re interested in adopting, please fill out our application, and someone will be in touch with you shortly!
https://animalwelfarefriends.org/adopt/application/
