Sora's Story

***AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY***

Sora is a gorgeous female approx 2 year old pittie mix who came to us very sick with neurological issues. She could barely stand up and she was not eating. She is now eating healthy meals and walking better however, this special girl will always be a little wobbly.

Sora loves attention and she loves to be with people. She is currently our “office dog” and she gets attention from our volunteers all day long. However, Sora has some behaviors that can be misinterpreted because of her neurological issues. Sora would do best with a family that is home more often than not and also with a fenced in yard where she can be let out to potty frequently. Sora would benefit from a home that’s willing to go on the journey of learning and training with her so she can continue to grow. She’s a true rescue experience and someone is going to be very lucky and privileged to go on that journey with her…..and get to stare at those radar ears every single day! Older children are preferred for her and she would do best as the only pet in the home where she can get ALL of the attention! This wobbly sweetheart will be available by appointment only with approved applications. Please email dogadoptions@thesanctuarypa.org if you are interested in meeting Sora.

Please be aware that we are all volunteers and we do not pre-approve applications.
We are open every Saturday to the public from 10-2 to meet our dogs. Dog adoptions will not take place during that 10-2 timeframe and applications will only be taken on our available dogs that day. Also please do not bring your own dogs during our Saturday open hours.
If unable to attend our Saturday open hours email dogadoptions@thesanctuarypa.org

Hope to see you soon!!

The Sanctuary at Haafsville PA Kennel License #8356 901 Nestle Way Breinigsville, PA 18031
