Soot's Story
This adorable Boston Terrier/German Shepherd mix is the whole package—gentle, smart, and full of love. She currently lives in a busy foster home where she does wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids. Mellow and observant, she enjoys hanging out and watching the world, but she’s just as happy to join in for playtime and cuddles. Eager to please and quick to learn, she takes correction well and is already making great progress with house training, having very few accidents for her age. She’s also crate trained, happily going into her crate on her own during the day and sleeping soundly in it at night. Leash training has begun, and she’s showing steady improvement. With her easygoing, friendly, and adaptable nature, she would be a wonderful fit for a first‑time dog owner. This sweet girl is looking for a loving home that will help her continue growing into the amazing companion she’s destined to be.

Soot’s adoption fee is $1000 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, flea tick heartworm prevention, deworming microchip, and complete bat check. The rescue will offer a $400 rebate on proof of spay before she is a year old. If you are interested in adopting Soot, please fill out an adoption application on our website Www.helpingpawsrescue.ca.
