Sonya Blade's Story

Good news! My adoption fee is 50% off during the month of June! There has never been a better time to take me home.

Meet Sonya Blade

Some dogs make a good first impression. Sonya makes everyone fall completely in love.

At six years old, she's left the puppy chaos behind and settled into being the perfect companion. Sweet, affectionate, and incredibly easy to love, Sonya quickly became a staff favorite at HQ-and honestly, it's not hard to see why.

Whether she's joining us on a Sunday hike or curled up beside her favorite people on the couch, Sonya is simply happy to be included. She has a gentle, loving nature and forms strong bonds with the people she trusts.

Sonya enjoys the company of other calm, respectful dogs, but she'd also be perfectly happy soaking up all of your attention as the only pet. Even better? She's tested well with cats, making her a great fit for many different types of homes.

Because she appreciates having her boundaries respected, she'd do best with adults or older children who understand that sometimes every girl needs a little personal space.

If you're looking for a dog who is past the puppy stage, full of love, and ready to be your loyal sidekick, Sonya Blade is waiting.

The only real problem with adopting Sonya is that you'll spend the rest of your life wondering how you got so lucky.
