Sonny has had a rough couple of months. <br/><br/>He joined our organization October after being a surrendered at Chicago Animal Care and Control. Although we are very frustrated regarding the nature of his surrender, that's exactly why we founded All Life is Valuable. We were glad to take him into our rescue and help him reach a higher level of health and live in comfort for the rest of his life.<br/><br/>Sonny is a 13 year old male Shih Tzu, who had some health challenges when he first joined us. Both of his eyes had to be removed due to chronic issues that were not addressed in his previous home. Since removal, he has been so much more comfortable and back to normal!<br/><br/>He is an independent boy that loves eating food & treats more than most dogs! He loves to play with his chew toys and snuggle with his stuffed animals.<br/><br/>He’s 13 years old and will need a very special home due to his blindness. But don't worry - his lack of eyesight doesn’t stop him from enjoying life. <br/><br/>He was surrendered with another doggy friend, so he might enjoy a companion, but he would be just as happy in a home where he was the center of everyone’s attention.<br/><br/>Make our dreams (and Sonny's) come true, and let’s get him into a home for Christmas! <br/><br/>Contact us today to schedule a meet.
