SONIC's Story

Check out this gorgeous boy, Sonic (A566575)! Sonic arrived as a stray on April 1st, but unfortunately, him ending up here was no April Fools joke. Now he is waiting for a fresh start and a family to call his own. Sonic is a good boy who is still figuring things out. Thanks to the kind people who found him, we know he has spent some time in a home environment and enjoyed it. He just needs a little guidance to help him settle in and succeed. He is not yet potty trained and would benefit from crate training, but he is at the perfect age to learn and grow with his future family. While Sonic does enjoy playtime, he is not overly interested in toys or bones. Honestly, he would much rather just hang out with his people and be part of whatever you are doing. He enjoys the company of other dogs and has done best with female dogs. Sonic is a unique looking young pup with a lot of potential. With a little patience and consistency, he is going to make someone an incredibly loyal and loving companion. Sonic is 8 months old and weighs about 42 pounds. All dogs adopted from Huntsville Animal Services are spayed or neutered, microchipped, dewormed, appropriately vaccinated, and receive a 90 day flea and tick preventative. Ready to meet Sonic? Stop by 4950 Triana Blvd and head to the dog areas. All adopters must be 19 years or older with a valid ID.
