SONAR's Story

Sonar is a young lad who came to us as a stray so history is limited. It is likely that he missed out on things typically learned during the first few months of life. Housetraining in particular would be something a potential adopter should expect to start at square one with. While here he has shown to use his mouth to solicit for treats, pats, etc. He will need consistent attention to help him learn polite ways to ask for things. While working with him he has shown to be quick to learn! He is very foody and has picked up on more polite ways to solicit for the things he wants. He loves a good blanket and a bully stick. He also loves self-entertaining with toys. Partially deflated soccer balls are his favorite! We recommend an adopter who can give him a soft landing and take things at his pace; Someone who is looking to join Sonar on his continuing training journey to be the best boy he can be. Sonar has shown that he can play with other dogs, but has an exuberant playstyle which might not mesh with some dogs. We recommend setting up a meet with your dog before adoption.
