What is Lake Country SPCA’s adoption process?

Complete an adoption contract and pay the adoption donation. If the animal is under 6 months of age you will be responsible for getting the animal spayed/neutered and provide proof. This is a Virginia State Law!!

What is Solo’s adoption fee?

Is Solo good with kids?

Solo is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Solo good with other animals?

Solo is good with other dogs. It is not known if Solo is good with cats.

When can I meet Solo?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Solo?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
