Soapy has been waiting almost a year for a forever home.<br/><br/>Soapy came to us with a group of other bully dogs after a breeding ring was finally shut down. Animal control stepped in after witnessing the neglect and cruelty these dogs endured. What she went through wasn't fair-and because of it, Soapy needs to be the only pet in her home.<br/><br/>But here's the part people need to hear:<br/><br/> Soapy is incredible with people.<br/> She especially loves kids.<br/> She's almost 5 years old, a perfect 38 lbs, and the kind of dog who just wants to be close to her humans.<br/><br/>Soapy has a special condition called a heart murmur-we like to say her heart is just a little extra special. She takes daily medication and is regularly monitored by her vet to make sure she's living her very best life. Please don't let that scare you away.
