This girl came into the pound after being found playing with children near a hiking trail. She was all wags and it was so clear from the beginning that she has a superstar temperament and is a loving pup. When she went into the pound she made fast friends with animal control, the volunteers, and every pup she met! She swiftly became a volunteer favorite, with lots of people wanting to take this girl on walks and car rides to spend time with her! As the shelter crowded, thankfully a fantastic foster home kindly took this amazing girl in to give her a stable life and loving environment until she finds her forever home! <br/>Sage is a year old and weighs just over 60 lbs. She is in many ways still a pup, but full grown and with such a fantastic foundation. Shes now had all of her medical work completed including vaccines, deworming, heartworm testing negative, shes current on preventative, shes been microchipped, and shes spayed! Shes a healthy happy girl whos had everything done and is ready to begin her next chapter!<br/>The most standout thing about Sage is her beautiful temperament. She has a medium activity level, out of the super puppy stage but still young, active, and ready to grow to be the girl you raise her to be! Shes doing great on house training, she walks well on a leash, she absolutely loooooves to make new doggy friends and play with other pups, and shes even good with cats! Shes never met a stranger and is fantastically sweet with humans of all ages. She loves to play fetch and catch tennis balls, she is a fan of chewies and stuffies, she is just overall a happy, fun girl. Shell be a good buddy to take on hikes, car rides, or any adventure.
