Snuffy, located in Phelan, CA (southern Calif)

UPDATE ; adopted by a great home. home likely to stay in touch with me.<br/><br/>Snuffy was a stray intake to one of the Los Angeles , CA shelters. he was bailed out by Bouv lover Jorge Rodriquez (email him at jorronet3@gmail.com) who runs Bear's Den boarding kennel in Phelan, CA (Phelan is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in San Bernardino County, California, in the Victor Valley of the Mojave Desert, north of the San Gabriel Mountains.)<br/><br/>So we don't have any pre-shelter history on him. he was estimated to be 5 years old . neutered male. shelter photo shows him with full coat, but he must have been badly matted , so shelter shaved coat off. it will grow back of course.<br/><br/>Jorge says he's quite smart. and friendly. Jorge has been letting him play with two female Huskys. planning to test him with male dogs soon.<br/><br/>This is a very adoptable dog. assume little to no training in past.<br/><br/>adopter should plan to donate an adoption fee to Jorge. I'd suggest $400 as appropriate. <br/><br/><br/>the shelter document shows him to be microchipped and neutered. I can't see if he hs been vaccinated for Rabies, though Calif shelters normally do do that and the bar code stickers are probably from his vaccinations. no way to know if he's housebroken or not. but housebreaking an adult dog is fairly easy and quick.<br/><br/>I'm writing this only a few days after Jorge bailed Snuffy out. hope to update later on. please email Jorge for more info.
