Snowy of Crozet Va's Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please Note: This animal is listed as a courtesy to another organization or individual. Please be sure to contact the foster/caretaker for more information about him/her. Snowy loves sleeping on anything soft. Pillows, her bed, or your head or all options. She loves long walks and will even jog at fast pace for up to 3 miles. Her favorite things are to cuddle and be petted. She will play tug but thinks she is above fetch. She is also a fussy lady who will glare at you the entire time on walks in the snow and rain. She is very fast. Her tail will uncurl and she loves you pretending to chase her. Just make sure there is a fence as she will only come back when she feels like it and not when you call. She sleeps in a crate in a separate part of the house at night but stays out with no issues during the work day. I do come home at lunch for a quick walk during a 9 hour work day. Snowy is Not suitable for small or younger children. She has growled at and nipped my 7-year-old. She has bitten her once and it required a bandaid. There are no issues with my teenage children. She barks at any visitors but usually hides under the couch while they visit. No food guarding or toy guarding issues. She will growl at other dogs while on a leash if walking slowly. Ignores them if jogging.Snowy will be getting a dental done in June. For more information please contact Emily Emilynottingham710@gmail.comRehoming Fee applies.
