Snowy's Story
BASIC FACTS

Breed: Pomeranian mix
Color: White & Cream
Age: 5 years
Gender: Male, neutered
Size: 18 pounds
House-trained: Yes
Crate trained: No
Good with Kids: Yes (over 8 years old)
Good with Dogs: Yes
Good with Cats: Yes
Concerns: Can be a barker, needs potty schedule (doesn’t tell you when he needs to go out)

BIOGRAPHY

Meet Snowy!

Snowy came into rescue when he was surrendered to a local veterinary hospital by the family of his 95-year-old owner. A caretaker was trying to force him into a crate and he nipped her. They wanted to euthanize him.

Snowy is a bright eyed perky, little ball of fluff. He loves everyone, all people, kids (over 8) cats and dogs. He doesn't really know how to play, prefers to sit and be adored with some pets included. He does love a good paper towel though, fond of tearing them to pieces! He likes to snuggle on the couch and quickly learned to use the ramp to get up and down.

He is house trained. Snowy doesn't let you know when he needs to potty, so a regular schedule is needed. You do have to take him for a walk daily. He will not poo in a yard, only the street works for this guy. He is easy to walk, does a bit of zig zagging across the street but no pulling.

Give him a little time to adjust and he will be your constant companion. He is used to someone being home with him most of the time. He is not a fan of crates but has done well freely roaming the house while I am gone. He is good in the car and enjoys the trip.

Like most Pomeranians he will bark at the slightest provocation. Probably best for him to be in a single-family home. Apartment living may not be the best situation.

Snowy is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He is being fostered in N Canton, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $400.00.

If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application
online at www.sophiasgracefoundation.org ***Petfinder/
RescueMe inquiries are NOT considered applications and may
not be responded to***
