This sweet lady came to us after a life raising litters of puppies. At 7 years old, Snowy could stand to lose some weight, but she is mellow and sweet as they come. She is being fostered with a dog and a young child and is amazing with both. <br/><br/>She seems to find stairs challenging, so a home without a lot of those would make it easier for her to get outside. She is housetrained and was used to sleeping in her crate. In her foster, she has couch privileges, so is also fine un-crated. <br/><br/>She came to us with an infected uterus and a mass on her eyelid, both of which have been taken care of. Plus, she had a dental while in our care. <br/><br/>If you are looking for a gentle, mild-mannered new family member, who would literally fit into any home, Snowy is your match made in heaven! <br/><br/><br/>We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we only respond to emails sent to adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org regarding adoption inquires. <br/><br/>We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there. <br/><br/>Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need. <br/><br/>Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and weve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
