Smudge's Story
Smudge is a good boy that ended up with mange and eyelid issues that likely landed him in the shelter. This handsome guy is just over a year old, according to our vet, and is a tad underweight at 43 pounds.<br/><br/>Well, his new life is here. He navigated our let's office like a champ on day 1 out of the shelter, greeting strangers like friends! He is being treated for the mange and is expected to have a full recovery with no longer term skin issues. He has also recently been neutered and has had entropion eyelid surgery so he can see his new life beautifully!<br/><br/>In the meantime, we have learned he is super friendly, is fine around other dogs (mostly ignores them in favor of people), does get a little queasy in the car (drooling only) and is an all-around gentleman.<br/><br/>We will post more as we learn about Smudge. He is fostering in the SF Bay greater area.
