Smores

Meet Smores! Smores is an energetic dog. This big guy loves to run around our play yard to get his energy out. His favorite toy is a rope toy, and you can often find one in his mouth when he's zooming around. He knows how to sit nicely and take the treats gently! Smores lived in a home with several other dogs, but they did not get proper attention so smores does have some guarding issues with his food. <br/><br/>Smores may be able to live with another dog again. Now that he has been with us so long, he walks by the other dogs without paying attention, but it might take several meets for another dog in the home. You would need to be able to keep them separate because of the guarding issues over food. Please keep this in mind! We would not recommend him with small children or cats since he has never been around either. Smores will need someone who is willing to put the time in to let him get comfortable with. This means many visits with him before adoption.
