Meet Skylar 🐾<br/><br/>Skylar spent the first 9 years of her life in a home, but when her family fell on hard times and became homeless, she unfortunately wasn’t receiving the care she deserved. Thankfully, a kindhearted Good Samaritan stepped in and gave her a safe place to land—and reached out to Lucky Dog for help.<br/><br/>Since coming into our care, Skylar has received all the love and medical attention she needed. She has been spayed, had a hernia repaired by Dr. Palmisano and the wonderful team at VREC, and is up to date on all appropriate vetting. Due to a long history of untreated “happy tail,” Skylar also had to have her tail docked—but she has healed beautifully.<br/><br/>Now, Skylar is thriving. The light is back in her eyes, and her personality shines through—happy, carefree, and full of life.<br/><br/>Skylar is dog-friendly with proper introductions and would do well in a home willing to continue setting her up for success.
