It&#39;s hard to understand how such a wonderful girl like Skye can wait so long to find a furever home. You can always meet her and find out for yourself through our meet me program - with no obligation to adopt.<br/><br/> She sooooo very much deserves her own home. <br/><br/>Skye was born as a puppy within the rescue and named Pebbles. She became known as Skye by her adoptive family. While loved immensely, her family was unable to keep her and now she&#39;s looking for the right forever home. <br/><br/>Skye has a chill disposition and loves being around her people in the house. She is happy lounging on a comfy couch, playing with tough chew toys, and watching other dogs on television. Yes, she watches TV intently!<br/><br/>If she sees activity outside, she will bark to let you know and then grab her favorite toy to meet people at the door. <br/><br/>Skye prefers an environment as an only pet. She&#39;s strong and gentle at the same time. Playful yet low maintenance. She likes to look out the window and can sleep for hours. <br/><br/>She is able to have free roam or is crate trained if preferred and knows her commands. Her manners are excellent, and no food begging for this girl.<br/><br/>With her expressive soft brown eyes and silky gray coat, she will melt your heart!!!<br/><br/>Skye is being fostered in Reading (Berks County), Pennsylvania.<br/><br/> Skye is also a part of our &#34;Meet Me&#34; program. This program allows potentially interested adopters to talk to the foster directly and/or meet the dog before deciding to adopt or put in an application.
