Skye is a playful, high-energy husky with a big personality and a lot of charm. She would thrive as the only pet in an active home that can give her plenty of walks, adventures, and companionship, as she doesn't love being alone for long. Skye can be dog-reactive on walks, but she has done well with a couple of calm dog friends during supervised playdates. She's an escape artist, so a secure tall fenced yard and attentive owners are a must. She has a sensitive stomach, enjoys affection on her own terms, and has a funny habit of giving “toothy” hugs when she's excited. Skye may take a little time to trust, but once she does, she's sweet, loyal, and full of hilarious personality, the perfect match for the right home. Fill out an application. Adoption Coordinator is assigned to applicant. After initial conversation AC does checks for references, vet, landlord (if renters). Once adoption applicant is approved, the AC will assist in finding the perfect dog for them.
