SKUNK's Story

Skunk is a handsome 5-year-old black and white Labrador mix with a calm, easygoing personality that makes him an instant favorite. Found as a stray, Skunk has proven to be a gentle and well-mannered companion who is quiet in his kennel, easy to leash, and walks beautifully by your side. While he doesn’t show clear signs of prior training, he is very treat-motivated, which will make teaching him new skills both fun and rewarding. Skunk has a wonderful temperament and a medium-to-low energy level, making him an excellent match for someone looking for a more relaxed, laid-back dog. When meeting another dog, he remained neutral and often chose to do his own thing, showing no signs of aggression or concerning behavior; however, he may prefer the comfort of being the only dog in the home, so a dog-to-dog meet is recommended if there is a resident dog. Above all, Skunk is a sweet, companion who simply enjoys being near his people, whether that’s lounging at home or going for a stroll.
