Skittles's Story
Skittles and Dyson are a pair of sweet senior dogs who found themselves in need of a second chance after their previous owner could no longer care for them and brought them in to be euthanized. Thankfully, they were rescued instead, and now they’re looking for a loving home to spend their golden years together. These two gentle souls are calm, affectionate and easy to love. They enjoy quiet moments, soft beds and simply being near the people who care for them. Dyson and Skittles have an incredible bond and bring out the best in each other, so they’re hoping to find a family willing to open their hearts to both of them. If you have room in your home — and your heart — for a pair of devoted seniors, Dyson and Skittles would be forever grateful to share their love with you.

All of our animals are cared for and examined by our veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. To inquire about any of our animals please e-mail us at rescuedheartanimalhospital@ymail.com or click on the link. Provide the name of the animal that you are interested in and your preferred contact information. We will then send you an adoption application and/or set up a time for you to stop in and meet Skittles to ensure that she's the right dog for you.
