New people, sounds, and situations can feel scary to him at first, and his first instinct is often to sit back and observe before deciding if it’s safe to trust.<br/><br/>But behind those cautious eyes is a gentle little puppy who truly wants to feel loved 💛<br/><br/>Once Skippy starts to settle in, you begin to see the sweet, soft puppy personality hiding underneath the fear.
