Skipper is a one-and-a-half-year-old Border Collie/Kelpie mix who came to us as a stray and has now been patiently waiting 105 days for his forever home. Weighing in at about 45 pounds, he's on the smaller side, making him an ideal size for both adventure and everyday life.
