This tan boy has spent way too much time tanning himself at Venice Beach. He now has a perma-tan buff body. Shockingly his satellite ears didn't protect him from the UV rays. Skechers has a tail that is so curled that it makes everyone dizzy. If they don't feel loopy after staring at his tail, then they are undoubtedly drunk in love with his cuteness. The good news is you don't have to travel to LA to meet this fella, he heard how perfect California weather was and made his way down to Muttville!<br/><br/>Here's some notes from his foster :<br/><br/>Skechers is such a good boy!!! He is very mellow, quiet, and goes with the flow. He adapts to his surroundings impressively fast. He walks confidently with little guidance on his leash but struggles to get in and out of our elevator to go potty. I switched to putting him in a stroller to take him outside and once we are outside he has no problem going up a ramp to our outside area and doing his business. At first he was nervous with the stroller but now he understands how much it helps him get around quickly. He LOVES being taken out for walks in the stroller. I usually walk him in the stroller and he sits or lays down until we make it to a cafe where he sniffs around a bit before he lays down and naps while I work or read (: <br/><br/>Sometimes he howls at sirens and barks when you enter the home but once you pet him he settles down quickly. Other than that, you wont hear a peep from him! He sleeps through the night on my bed and navigates my apartment well independently. Sometimes its hard to tell he's blind based on how smart and adaptable he is. I cannot emphasize how well behaved he is with strangers and new things. Get ready for lots of cuddles, there's lots of love from this guy!
