Sister's Story
Sister is one of those dogs you just want to see get another chance. She’s a one-year-old terrier mix who’s been a fan favorite here at MARL. She was adopted out, but had to come back because the other dog in the home wouldn’t accept her, no matter how much time they spent together. The owner, who visited a few times and even donated, wanted her to have a better opportunity somewhere she’d be happier and less stressed.
Sister is super sweet, very affectionate, loves to cuddle, and is good with other dogs. She’s great with people and would do best in a home with a fenced yard. She’s already spayed and ready to go to her new family.
She does have some separation anxiety, so she needs someone willing to be patient and help her feel more secure. We believe she’d do well in a home with other dogs, as she fits into a pack and tends to be submissive.
If Sister sounds like the right fit, we highly recommend a meet and greet. Come see us today at 5221 Greenway Drive Ext in Jackson, Mississippi. We’re open until five, and she’s ready to start her new chapter — maybe with you.
