Sissy - one of several dogs seized by Animal Services. She came in with a litter of pups, there is one survivor (Barrett). Currently in a foster home. Foster says: Sissy Looks and acts like a golden retriever. She is sweet, loving, loyal, easy to train, affectionate, intelligent, gentle nature, plays with you like a puppy. She likes toys- squeaky, plush or chewies. She will retrieve a ball, and loves her belly scratched.<br/><br/>She does require daily attention and exercise. She needs daily walks, needs weekly brushing, needs play time with you and affection from you. She makes a great companion. She will follow you around just to be near you. Her eyes are so sweet. She looks at you like you are hero. It is impossible for anyone not to fall in love with her.<br/>She is housebroken. Make sure you give her a doggy door to go out into a fenced yard. She is an indoor dog but loves to go outside and sit at the edge of the patio to look for intruders like squirrels. She is protective, so introduce new people to her gently. She will bark at them until she gets to know them.<br/><br/>She gets along with our dogs with indifference.
